Isabel Sangeun Lee, PhD, LSW, CCM
Isabel is a licensed social worker and a certified case manager and has been working with Asian immigrants in Pennsylvania to provide culturally appropriate health services. Isabel is actively involved in community engagement and worked with the Korean American Association of Greater Philadelphia to fight against anti-Asian hate crimes during the pandemic. She conducted research projects on Asian community engagement and its relation to public health measures, among other topics. Isabel will graduate in 2024 at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, Bryn Mawr College.
Kristi Lohmeier, PhD, MSSW
Dr. Kristi Lohmeier is a Professor and the Director of the School of Social Work at St Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, where she is also the Program Director of the Bachelor of Social Work Program. She earned her MSSW from University of Louisville Raymond A. Kent School of Social Work and Family Science (formerly known as University of Louisville – Kent School of Social Work) and her PhD in Social Work from the University of Iowa. Her research interests include civic engagement among social work students, agencies, and field site supervisors, the scholarship of teaching and learning in social work education, and team-based care and boards of directors in community health centers. Her practice experience includes community organizing, consciousness-raising, education, and policy advocacy in Kentucky and Iowa. Her teaching experience includes introduction to social work, diversity in social work, and community and organization practice courses focused at the undergraduate level.
